The privileged geographical position and the long standing friendly relations with countries of southeastern Europe have given to K&N EFTHYMIADIS SINGLE MEMBER S.A. the opportunity to expand its activities in these countries. 

Taking advantage of it's competitive structure, high quality products and excellent cooperation with the major global suppliers, the company began in the 1990's and extensive expansion programme in the Balkans.

In August 2016 Certis Europe and K&N EFTHYMIADIS SINGLE MEMBER S.A. announced the creation of a new company, KNE Certis, a joint venture which will serve to bring the experience, expertise and resources of both companies to the development, registration, marketing and distribution of crop protection products in South Eastern Europe.  The new joint venture will extend the presence of both companies in the region and will provide potential access to more of the European market, by operating in Bulgaria, Romania, Moldova, all countries of the former Yugoslavia, Albania and Cyprus.
